Mr. Aaron Vasquez is an experienced school administrator with a deep passion for education and a commitment to creating environments where students and teachers thrive. Over the years, he had the privilege of serving in a variety of leadership roles—from Assistant Principal at Waltrip High School, Community Service HS, and Las Americas.  He started his teaching career at McReynolds, where empowered students through robotic competitions. Each role has shaped his belief that strong, compassionate leadership can transform a campus. He led initiatives that raised math scores, supported English language learners through LPAC coordination, and organized professional development that empowered educators to grow. Whether he is managing state testing logistics, mentoring new teachers, or integrating technology to enhance instruction, he approach every challenge with a solutions-focused mindset and a heart for service. He believe in the power of public education to change lives, and he is driven by a mission to ensure every student feels seen, supported, and inspired to succeed.
